      They pay the salaries on time, nice office

      Cons

      No strategy or direction. Commission is not paid to everyone. The group CEO doesn't know what he's doing and didn't learn from the mistake of hiring a gang from a certain nationality. He has done it again and hired a new CEO in UAE who brought with him his whole gang and they started targeting the previous employees to get them to resign or get them fired. What a shame. I used to love geidea.
