Pros

I can't think of any pros. It's a pretty horrible environment to work in. Actually, the biggest pro is when the CEO is not there. When he travels, which is fairly often, the office transforms into a friendly, chatty, happy place to be. When he is in the office everyone is quiet, hunkered down in their office and unwilling to engage with anyone.

Cons

The office itself is the epitome of commercial office building wasteland. It is a miserable physical space that makes you miserable when you're inside. The CEO is one of the worst workplace people I've ever met. There must be a good heart in there somewhere because he is involved in lots of charity stuff but at work he is a horrible, nit-picking, micro-managing narcissist.

Good Benefits, Good people to work with, Monday through Friday, off on holidays

Cons

Management is a little slimy. They tend to do things in the best interest of themselves and not their customers or employees

Pros

Can make some good money. It is a performance based pay scale and some locations or jobs have better opportunities than others.

Cons

Lots of time wasted in countless conference calls & severe micro-managing. You have to learn how to navigate through all the demands on time & occasional indignities to actually accomplish anything.
