Cons
This is a quite a messed up company where the founders do not respect their employees and lack transparency in their decisions. Tmkhe company tried to move from waterfall to agile without luck due to the stubborness of the founding team and the US team. Micromanagement is applied on a daily basis when they want to please a client rather than trying to explain and manage their expectations using agile. Hence, the technical debt has grown to a point where it has become unmanagable. They do not listen or care about what their employees have to say, even if they know better the product. The company struggles to make money due to the bad practices and the continuous hopes and promises of sucess that never occur. The benefits they sell are not real and overwork is always present, even on weekends.
