    Advice to Management

If someone is not getting promoted do not tell them they are .

I worked at Global Processing Systems (More than a year)

    Pros

    Training classes were well taught

    Cons

They are the last vultures in providing hope to failing businesses. They care nothing about the business just about keeping the job open. I lasted the longest of my training class one year. Quit because I do not want to be a part of this scam on small business.

    Advice to Management

You could make as much money doing the honest way

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Global Processing Systems full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good people, work pot lucks, If you are going in as a sales rep, this company may be very profitable for you, you'll be independent so don't expect appointments or leads but the bonus pay out structure is great if you're a hustler.

    Cons

EXTREMELY understaffed! Very low pay, high work load and no overtime. The staff clocks out and continues to work because if they don't they will get in trouble for OT and in trouble for work that remained incomplete. Extremely poor tact in management skills, HR is not flexible in the slightest bit. Very negative atmosphere, never praised for working hard (and the supporting staff works VERY hard) but they sure do tell you when you make a human error. I was only there for 3.5 months and 6 key players left, an entire department quit, and the turn over is the worst I've ever seen. The culture management creates is really discouraging. I had the worst experience, my offer letter Stated things that they later changed with NO notice and no reason which tremendously effected my pay. I spoke to HR and the situation got worse.

    Advice to Management

Offer overtime or hire more people, go to leadership development conferences, not management classes. These are totally separate things. Invest in your people. Speak positivity, read leadership books, hire from within, tell people a position is available and see if they step up for advancement!

I have been working at Global Processing Systems full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Its fast paced , never bored. Occasional office lunch

    Cons

The office works after hours off the clock without being payed over time. Micro managing to the extreme, unless you dont mind your boss looking over your shoulder 2-3 times a day. Under staffed.

    Advice to Management

It's just like working for walmart but you actually get to dress business attire. Poor pay, poor benefits, stress level too high.
