      Very flexible hours and I could work in the afternoons or at lunch time

      Cons

      Wasn't organized well but I was one of the first workers to work for the company and sometimes we were way way too busy and couldn't get our orders delivered and then other times we had no orders

      Whished they would have some.

      Cons

      They don't take care of customers or employees . They treat employees as money machines,they don't take care of their opinions,feelings or ideas. Only people that are relatives or friends of someone will take the positions, if you are not one of this forget about growing up whithin this company. Very huge lack of communication between every manager and colleagues No training given at all. People are scared of speaking the truth because they know they don't own the position and they are there because of someone else
