      If you like ownership, you’ll get it here, quickly. There’s a lot of opportunity to step up, build processes from scratch, and actually see the impact of your work across operations in both Canada and the U.S. The exposure is strong, you’re not siloed. You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, and cross-functional teams, which is great for anyone who wants to grow into a more strategic role (especially in People Ops / HRBP space). It’s also a place where you can learn fast. If you’re proactive and solutions-focused, you’ll thrive. There’s no shortage of interesting problems to solve. The TEAM you work with will be your biggest PRO

      Cons

      It can get chaotic. Processes are still evolving, and sometimes you’re building while running Workload can be heavy at times, especially during high-growth or operational pushes, boundaries need to be self-managed.

      No pros unless you really just need a job

      Cons

      - favouritism exists in the management which makes it hard to grow - Management is not open to feedback and feels challenged if provided with one - toxic environment of micromanagement where every move is questioned and constant camera supervision - if you don't get along with your immediate supervisor or manager, your promotions will be affected and even railroaded. - money is not worth it, Overtime is only given to the employees that are in close relation with the management
