      Lack of HR; independent contractor status, so no benefits, but an expectation to be responsive and in attendance as if you were a full-time employee.

      I’ve been working at GoZen for 2 years and I’ve become a lead now puerly based on meritocracy. And, when I talk about leadership, it is always a flat hierarchy here. Everyone can easily voice out their own preferences.
