Pros
They have been very honest and found a mistake in their process that meant they owed me money and without my intervention, made it right. They check in regularly with me and my customer to keep us both up on issues.
Cons
The only thing I can think of, and so far it's totally not been an issue, is that they are pretty far away from where I work.
