      Pros

      Free food and coffee are amazing. Really amazing data infrastructure means doing your job is relatively painless

      Cons

      Very little career progression prospects. Expect to be in the same role for 3 plus years. If you are neurodivergent make sure you get accomodations from the off. Their performance review structure really only applicable for neurotypical people. Mass layoffs are frequent and not going away anytime soon
