Pros

Benefits are really good Good learning opportunities Some nice coworkers if you put yourself out there and make the effort to meet them (the company culture doesn’t facilitate this)

Cons

Culture is terrible. People don’t say hi to each other. No sense of community unless you’ve worked here for 10+ years. Leadership does not do a great job of getting you invested and excited to be there. Behaviors from director-level management included mocking employees, name-calling, and sharing inappropriate gossip. If you are a young woman, I especially don’t recommend working here. It’s an old man’s club.
