There is flexibility with the hours you chose to work.
Cons
This is an extremely difficult company to be successful at. There is no direction, no support from management, and many times no funding to execute what you are looking to get done. If you're looking to grow and be in a positive, supporting environment, this is not the right place for you. There is absolutely no "culture" aside from being under a well established parent company.
People were friendly, social. Comp fair. Work/life decent. Office space = nice, but was growing kinda cramped
Cons
Just a lot of change in management. No real plan for the tool that was unique or easy to sell. Alot of petty "mean girls' type of in-fighting between department heads. You had to be careful when talking to people from other departments because each department was always pointed ina slightly differentiated direction,. Also felt like you needed to get smart about who was aligned with FR bank at any particular time.
