      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

      Pros

      Immediately begin making money, endless opportunity to grow in so many different ways: as a stylist, to further your career as more than just a stylist, as a person. There are so many reasons to be inspired by this campany: by fellow stylists that help and care that u achieve your goals, by the corporate side of the family that never stops working to better our day to day operations whether we see it or not, or by the corporate support that is always available with a helping hand. There is no doubt there is a place for anyone and everyone at a Great Clips

      Working For Great Clips

      Pros

      They will help you grow as a stylist through classes if your not very confident. Lots of clientele that you don't have to advertise for or schedule for. Great. co-workers, really became more of a second family. Franchise allows you to help other locations so the opportunity for extra hours is avail. Great hourly wage, you keep tips, plus commission on product sales bonuses of performance.

      Cons

      Very busy... but you make lots of money, so it makes up for it
