Pros
In terms of the engineering team, great people to work with. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. You get a standing desk to work with if you're on-site.
Cons
Management has no idea what they're doing. The company keeps changing directions and gives the teams last minute notice to complete projects. The last minute notice/idea is typically what the engineering team has been suggesting, but the ideas have been shut down until the end. This results in a lot of unnecessary extra hours. Lot of corporate politics that get in the way of actual work. One can show they deserve a certain type of raise or promotion but will get the standard 3% raise or "there's a couple extra things you got to do for a promotion, so maybe next year." This sucks because the starting compensation isn't good all around. There have been a couple of layoffs that haven't made it to the news. Whenever someone gets let go, nobody knows until word travels around. Lastly, the CEO likes to control people with fear and bullies people to get what he wants. It looks like his decision making is to sell the company and dessert the current employees.
