I have been working at Grey Power full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Incentives to make lots of sales, although they are not very valuable

    Cons

Management always lying and manipulating staff. They had a company meeting with us recently in a movie theatre and made us think that so many good changes were coming, including the benefits which are now actually worse and the new software that is worse for us brokers. And then at the end of the presentation, they made all of us stand up and congratulate each other on the changes - that we had no idea of the truth about. So disgusting. The company is rotten and should be ashamed.

    Advice to Management

Truly respect your employees and take some lessons on how to have integrity.

    Pros

I worked here before moving to another subsidiary company. It was nice to have the opportunity to move - that's about it.

    Cons

Really an HR disaster. Prepare to be constantly brainwashed and to receive a sub par salary, while management treats you like children and acts secretive the whole time.

    Advice to Management

The employees can see you planning bad things behind their backs. We don't appreciate it. And your silly employee engagement activities are really insulting. You don't think we know you cut our benefits? Show some respect and integrity.
