The commission we receive on new leases are high.

Cons

The new CEO has lost the team. The old mantra of no gossip is gone. The game is to become friends with the new CEO and bash the former employees aka the owners kids. Whos getting stuck going on the vacation with the owners? Do you know the kids and parents don't talk! This is the water table talk everyday.
