Grunt work staff are kind and committed. Client facing staff are dedicated to working closely with people with low vision and blindness despite conditions.
Cons
Poor senior leadership with an HR department that seems to hate the fact they have employees. Abysmal pay and conditions with a old school culture of unpaid work expectations and forceful hierarchy. No career progression or opportunity for new skill professional development.
