Pros

You may get a half decent manager. But that's based on pure luck of haart being able to keep them. Quick experience if you want to learn about property Can move in and out of this role quickly

Cons

Try to put a terrible academy debt to your name, they don't have any legal grounds to claim it. Pay is low-your commission is topped up to reach national minimum wage. Terrible culture with bad behaviours that are quite open and obvious. Young people are not looked after and left to own devices with no genuine training in branches Managers bully and can do under the radar Senior management seem to be totally disconnected to real world issues for their workers Seems like the wild west working at haart

Pros

Good structure for commission pay

Cons

Low Basic Cant make more as you are stuck in the top up zone of getting national living wage, so commission payments mean nothing unless you make more than £600-800 a month, which is tough to make No awards ceremonies or company get togethers
