      Real potential, leadership struggles with consistency

      Pay and retirement were great, benefits were horrible. Flexible PTO

      Cons

      Problems with leadership at odds with each other and can't stick to a strategy. Everything, including job titles change constantly. Cant succeed because there is no focus or clear path forward.
