      Pros

      Halma provides a great atmosphere for people looking to further their careers in a fast-paced environment. With over 40 businesses globally, there are plenty of opportunities for advancement. Management training is a priority, and the flat organizational model provides good access and visibility.

      With over 40 small businesses globally, it sometimes requires you to move in order to achieve the career progression you would like.

      Pros

      Halma knows what success (in the short and long term) requires and they are relentlessly disciplined about seeking it. This requires high quality employees who understand and support business objectives which are sensible and achievable. If your abilities and ambition are up to their standards, there is no better place to work.

      Cons

      Totally unsentimental about making whatever changes are needed to succeed. Insists on getting fast results from new initiatives. If you're not rising in the organization, this is an important message - you should consider either changing to improve personal performance or move on.
