      Variety of projects, good exposure to fintech, high performance environment, leadership tries to assist daily. Learning opportunities and salary growth is great.

      Cons

      Some current and past team members indulge more in politics than in work. Honesty towards clients and leadership is low.

      Cons

      Strict working hours followed by strict rules, but this will also affect on your salary if you didn't follow. Work pressure is humongous but you also learn how to work under pressure. CEO expects too much from employee's side and does not respect one's work
