      Pros

      A great environment that is casual, outcomes-oriented, and innovative with very friendly co-workers. Remote work option for those who live outside of a driveable distance to one of the local offices. The CEO and COO are grounded and realistic, with an eye for constant improvement and innovative ways to improve healthcare.

      Cons

      The remote work environment could make one feel disconnected from the team, however, the abundant use of GoTo Meeting allows for video conference on every call and creates the feeling of a cohesive office environment despite the distance between employees.

      Treadmill desks, bonuses ( if they don’t take them away),

      Cons

      Favoritism, lack of benefits, high turnover of employees, you are a number and not a person, greedy, self centered, horrible place to work pay is subpar

      Pros

      I have a nice balance of autonomy and support to do my job well. Working remotely has pros and cons, but leadership consistently meets with my team to ensure we are on the same page. I love the solutions that we provide our clients. We are passionate about improving outcomes for patients and hospitals alike. There is a relentless pursuit to always get better at what we do.

      Cons

      Lots of rapid change is sometimes communicated after the fact. Being remote there are some employees I have never met.
