    Pros

Good learning opportunity for freshers. That is all we can say i do not see any such pro to talk about this company.

    Cons

so many cons: No good amenities. no good work atmosphere. have to write timings manually. no benefits and no facilities. like a school. Managers expect resources to put buckets, if not they will not help you.

    Advice to Management

Don't be just money oriented. Think about life and future of resources as well. Please try to be fair with your resources at least in future, do not play with their lives.

I worked at HealthUnity full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Excellent learning curve for freshers
Working here makes us brainstorm a lot more than normal, therefore improving personal/professional skills vastly.
In-Depth exposure to Web services, Web applications and other security technologies.

    Cons

    Work/Life balance is undervalued.
Workload/payscale ratio will generally be way off (4:1).
Absurdly low starting pay if they get to know that you are desperately in need of a job.
Pay raises will not be satisfactory until the employee makes a clear demand.

    Advice to Management

Pay scales needs a *major* overhaul.
Man management needs to be improved a lot in the Human Resources department.
