Pros

- Good location in FiDi - The people are great, made a lot of close friends - Well funded by great investors

Cons

- Leadership hasn’t been able to execute. Too many egos, not enough accountability. - Culture is based on fear, I feel everyone is doing just enough to get by...Witnessed many arguments in the years I’ve been here. - Upper management bashes people rather than helping. - Racist and sexist comments made all the time by management. - Inconsistent product roadmap. - Marketing team seems understaffed.

Funded, so there's that.

Where to start. You know it's bad when you have to rally employees to leave positive Glassdoor reviews. -crazy, hot headed management -sexist leadership -vision for product jumps all over the place

Pros

The product is great and the people are great.

Cons

The management, is awful. There are so many people here who are so unahppy but nothing ever gets done. I hope someone reads this so that I do not have to leave here.
