      I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience while working with us. In terms of salary, we previously offered a generous zero-hour rate to our employees. However, if you wanted to earn more money, you could have picked up additional work. I want to let you know that we have now changed our policy and offer part-time and full-time salaries.
