I worked at HighPoint Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Immediate response to questions. Even though you may never meet your manager, they always seem to be readily accessible. The back office support that you will get is great. My previous positions took days if not weeks to get an answer back on updating my personal information. There was always quick turn around.

    Cons

If you do not live where the corporate office is, you may never meet the actual people that keep the business running. Sometimes it's nice to have a face to a name

    Advice to Management

Keep doing whatever it is your doing. HighPoint clearly has a great bone structure to be able to continue its growth.

I worked at HighPoint Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Absolutely no pros at all.

    Cons

Communication is poor and frequently delayed. At no point you will feel HighPoint Solutions "has your back" when dealing with employee issues. HR staff is rude and out of reach when they screw up your paycheck. Upper management never return phone calls and emails. Also, they are almost never on site and lie about the duration of contract assignments.

    Advice to Management

Follow up with your employees instead of leaving them hanging.

I have been working at HighPoint Solutions full-time

    Pros

You can acquire good skill-sets as long as you interview and get into an appropriate position. Some people here are extremely good at their trade, so if you seize the opportunity to learn, it can advance you professionally. Pay was good in my case but benefits were poor.

    Cons

Management is poor. Attrition is high. Employees are treated as cogs. Hours are miserable and even at times without even proper justification. Regard for personal time is a low priority. Better off working in the same realm of Life Sciences Consulting but for Cumberland Consulting Group.
