    Pros

    Working remote allows for lots of leniency with work/life balance. Very understanding management, just as long as you get your work done well. Friendly and outgoing HR department always willing to help, even with remote employees....especially since the recent turnover. Good pay for workload.

    Cons

    Benefits are EXPENSIVE and with minimal coverage and high deductibles. Some people who work here think they are owed things they are not. Lots of hard hitters that make a challenging, competitive environment that may not suit everyone.

    Advice to Management

    Pay more attention to your employees. There are some spoiled apples out there that ruin the bunch.

    Pros

    Great team and family-like structure from the Director level down. Lots of career growth opportunity.

    Cons

    Overworked. Easy to move up in "internal" title, but hard to receive fair pay as everyone at the company is a consultant. This is likely part of the reason why they are eager to promote internally.

    Company was also just bought by IQVIA. So everyone's future is uncertain

    Pros

    I can't think of a Pro to get someone to work here.

    Cons

    Staff wasn't treated well at all, over worked/under paid. Lots of issues within upper management and they tend to play favorites a lot.

    Advice to Management

    Please treat employees fairly and don't emphasize the need to work 24/7. I was told HighPoint would be my life.

    I have been working at HighPoint Solutions full-time

    Pros

    Generally a very good company to work for. Extremely bright and motivated coworkers, strong pipeline and revenue, strong leadership, and massive opportunity for upward mobility.

    Cons

    Travel is inevitable which may be a pro for younger employees, but can be a real challenge for people with families.
    Management has been known to abandon employees in times of need, instead deciding to side with the client. This needs to be managed better, acknowledging the delicate and nuanced approach that would need to be taken.

    Advice to Management

    Keep an eye on your people. They may be hurting and looking for acknowledgement of their hard work.
    Replace all of HR, they are horrendous. Confrontational and arguably incompetent on even the most basic of requests.

    Work at home when not traveling
    Interesting clients

    Poor structure of Leadership
    Lost in the shuffle
    Focused on sales and not service

    You need to care more about what is right for the customer, not what they will pay for.
