Pros

There are none, I really would look elsewhere. A small company trying to be a Corporate. Big being in the top 100 to work for list, not sure how this was achieved, clever coaching from management on how to answer the survey questions at a guess. One very dodgy director who would be better placed working for a double glazing firm. There are a lot manipulative people especially at a senior level who lie cheat & back stab to get what they want.

Cons

Terribly miss managed. Lots of big egos, directors that don’t communicate. If you don’t suck up to the right people you won’t fit in or last long.

Pros

Nice facilities and good location

Cons

Toxic work culture, excessive gossiping, long hours of soulless call centre work. Poor managers and constantly changing targets that become increasingly difficult. Constantly over critical of the lowest infractions. Poor for mental health. They will say they have great opportunities to advance at the beginning but there is very little and it would take you a long time to get a chance of promotion. You'll likely have a mental breakdown before you get to advance. Micromanaging bosses. High turnover of staff, over half my training group left. Bonuses borderline impossible to achieve.

Pros

The people in the company are great to work with

Cons

Lack of management, lack of training, lack of accountability for these points. Lack of communication. Work from home is not an option any longer and is gate kept from most of the business. Frequent meetings for show about issues employees are facing but now actual responses or solutions put in place. You won't only be doing your job role, management use specialised job roles for colleagues as an excuse to slack/not do their job. No opportunity to progress as the company is deemed 'too busy' any opportunities presented is based on a popularity contest rather than competency.
