Pros
Great pay and benefits package. Health insurance, company truck, paid-time off, life insurance, parental leave. Amazing culture. Owner of the company is awesome! Great training and support. Administrative staff is incredible. Growth oriented company. Tons of opportunity.
Cons
Definitely a high performance company and so slackers and anybody that doesn't want to work hard towards the goal or quality standards probably won't fit.
