not really anything.. this place is a shell of its former self, and one walk around the floor would show you just how low morale is. It's sad and people are over the lousy culture.
Cons
nothing about this place is great other than it's a stable job.. Employees are lied to about bonuses, not communicated with during times of financial stress, and are left picking up the pieces at below market value with their "valued" customers. it is an awful environment.
