      The company has recently been recognized as a “Great Place to Work,” and in many ways it genuinely is. The culture encourages collaboration, the people are talented, and the mission of being a global leader in water treatment is inspiring.

      Cons

      But this positive environment comes with a trade-off. For a company that positions itself as one of the world’s leading water industry players, the salary structure and benefits do not match the brand's reputation or expectations. You’re welcome to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, but only if salary is not a priority for you. Compensation progression is slow, and many industry peers offer significantly better packages for similar responsibilities. Overall, it’s a good place to work if your focus is learning, work-life balance, and the prestige of the name. But if fair market pay and competitive benefits are important, you may feel the gap.
