Hybrid workplace that requires you to come in only 4 days a month.
Training is good.
Cons
Favoritism for who to promote. Some people have been stuck in the same role for years and despite excelling well on the role, a newer person gets the promotion.

Thank you for your feedback. Your opinion and perspective is very important to us! We have adopted a hybrid work environment where our employees are enabled to work from home or in the office. Depending on the role, some employees may need to come into the office more/less frequently. We do not have a requirement for 4 days/month across the organization.
We are consistently striving to create better processes when it comes to promotions and salary increases. We have implemented standard performance reviews and metrics of measurement and continue to make changes for the better. We are sorry to hear about any perceived unfairness in our processes and encourage you to reach out to HR or your manager to discuss your concerns so that we can understand how further improvements can be made.
