    I have been working at ISG Technology full-time

    Pros

    Great co-workers who are very technology-oriented.
    Management is more engaged now. Company is focused on the right business outcomes and not driving bottom-line contribution at all costs.

    Cons

    Management has not always kept the employees involved in business decisions. It's hard to process the implications of change decisions if we don't know the reasons for the changes.

    Advice to Management

    Keep us employees engaged in conversations and about how the company makes money. We have ideas about evolving business offerings.

    Pros

    Great people who mostly all work hard for our customers.
    You get to work with the latest technology
    Lots of customer events and opportunities to have fun outside of the office
    Big enough to feel secure in your job, but small enough to have an impact on the company

    Cons

    Some benefits don't kick in until after your first year and are not as good as what you might get from a larger company.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to work towards that tech "Google" atmosphere.

    I worked at ISG Technology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The pay is pretty decent for the area and working in the technology field. They also dont mind if you use your free time to access the internet for entertainment

    Cons

    The management here at first seems great. Very laid back and down to earth. However, when you mess something up and the managers actually have to do work to talk to you about it you get yelled at for trivial issues. There is no coaching or monitoring of employees to assist with slumps in performance. The leadership is very retroactive, meaning instead of working on fixing mistakes they punish you for mistakes and expect you to fix it after punishments.

    Advice to Management

    Work with your employees to help them grow as employees instead of only punishing mistakes. Manage like coaches instead of disciplinarians.

    Family owned 30+ year old company growing as a Regional IT and Data Center Services consultative business partner.

    Cons

    Keep focusing on the vision and share with all the team. Allow opportunities for advancement and continue focusing on customer collaboration and services.

    Account managers are allowed to run everything, Little to no leadership from management.

    Pros

    Decent pay and benefits. Opportunity to learn lots of new technology and some travel. Some great people to work with.

    Cons

    Pay not competitive and non-compete clause due to lack thereof. Lack ability to execute on plans.

    Simplify product lines.

    Smaller company that has limited opportunity for growth. This is also a positive though.
