I worked at IST full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Dedicated local team that truly wanted to make the product better. Put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into the development

    Cons

Had a great opportunity to join the US market but suffered from bloated management team and not enough local product experts to build on the existing European product to make it function better for the US market

    Advice to Management

US product is now shut down. Needed more local control and less interference from overseas management team so that we had more input into overall direction and content

    Pros

Advancement in a new arena of my life. I believe that the company can accommodate my need for customer service and new ventures.

    Cons

The only challenge would probably be operating a new system. However it never takes me long to adjust.

I worked at IST full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good people who strive to do a good job.

    Cons

    -pay capped at $9.50
    - no way to move up unless someone dies or leaves
    - corporate doesn't listen to employees
    - no affordable healthcare benefits ( cancelled it completely)
    - many redundant things that must be done Dailey because someone at corporate thought it was a good idea.
    - vacation, sick time, and holiday pay are all accrued 1.86 days per month. So if hired in late ( October) there's no way to accumulate enough to cover holidays.

    Advice to Management

Pay employees better, stop coming up with a good idea for one site and trying to force all the others to do it too. Not all sites are the same, different needs.
