    I worked at InDyne full-time

    Pros

Some of the managers I worked for (and with) were excellent and I learned valuable lessons I take with me everywhere. Competitive benefits, some opportunities for growth and advancement.

    Cons

Poor communication at times, job security is not a sure-thing, it's dependent upon government needs.

    Advice to Management

Just because someone was good at heading up a single project doesn't mean he would be good at running an entire contract. Make sure to hire leaders who are decisive and can manage their time and their people well.

I worked at InDyne full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Government contractor. Big enough to be one. They have good workers that know what they are doing. I was allowed to do my job with little to no supervision

    Cons

Middle managers and below and administration workers all think small. Followed the rules to the letter were very inflexible could not think between the lines.

    Advice to Management

When a problem would be brought to the attention of supervisor not sure if anything happened no more was said. Middle management no comment virtually never saw her.

    Cons

Need to expand support for educational oportunities in some workcenters.

    Advice to Management

Continue to encourage collaboration across workcenters to develop worker skillsets.

I have been working at InDyne full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Initial salary is great, especially for the region but raises and promotions are hard to come by unless you're in good w/ upper management. Benefits were amazing until the contract was renewed - now they're average, at best.

    Cons

Shrinking benefit package. Disconnected management who does not seem to value the hands-on workforce on the range. Seems to be some sort of love affair w/ paper pushers at the main office on base.

    Pros

Family oriented, chill management, teamwork based

    Cons

Lower end of pay scale, men may make more than their female counterparts

    Advice to Management

Get back to your former glory - so many are depending on you!

    Pros

I work at a Military Base. The only good thing about this company is that they fired so many people when they took over the contract, that they drove out a fellow co-worker that was lazy, a liar, and bi-polar.

    Cons

Everything under the sun. Poor management, or shall I say, absolutely no management. They bid 11 Million Dollars under the lowest bidder on a Military "Base Operations Support" contract. They have had the contract for 2 months now, and have absolutely no personnel at all on the Military Base, no Human Resources, no management. No one. No one you call can answer questions, or anything. They got the contract, and fired half the work force, and got rid of all HR Personnel. Every employee has discrepancies, questions, and concerns, and no one to take them to.

This company is the laughing stock of every employee on the Military Base, and InDyne could care less. They took over the contract with the "we're going to get everyone taken care of, we're going to treat everyone great, we're going to turn the leaf... and it was the complete opposite."

    Advice to Management

Due to this company, I will no longer be working for the contract they took over at the end of the year of 2016. Steer clear of InDyne! Trust me!
