I have been working at InDyne full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Initial salary is great, especially for the region but raises and promotions are hard to come by unless you're in good w/ upper management. Benefits were amazing until the contract was renewed - now they're average, at best.

    Cons

Shrinking benefit package. Disconnected management who does not seem to value the hands-on workforce on the range. Seems to be some sort of love affair w/ paper pushers at the main office on base.

    Pros

I work at a Military Base. The only good thing about this company is that they fired so many people when they took over the contract, that they drove out a fellow co-worker that was lazy, a liar, and bi-polar.

    Cons

Everything under the sun. Poor management, or shall I say, absolutely no management. They bid 11 Million Dollars under the lowest bidder on a Military "Base Operations Support" contract. They have had the contract for 2 months now, and have absolutely no personnel at all on the Military Base, no Human Resources, no management. No one. No one you call can answer questions, or anything. They got the contract, and fired half the work force, and got rid of all HR Personnel. Every employee has discrepancies, questions, and concerns, and no one to take them to.

This company is the laughing stock of every employee on the Military Base, and InDyne could care less. They took over the contract with the "we're going to get everyone taken care of, we're going to treat everyone great, we're going to turn the leaf... and it was the complete opposite."

    Advice to Management

Due to this company, I will no longer be working for the contract they took over at the end of the year of 2016. Steer clear of InDyne! Trust me!

I worked at InDyne full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Decent tuition reimbursement program.

Job mobility if you are interested in it.

Friendly work environment where people work as a team to accomplish the mission.

    Cons

Can become stuck in their current ways of doing business and be unwilling to change how the business processes are structured to ensure better operational efficiency. This often led to territorial disputes between directorates and managers causing functions to be mis-allocated based on the reality of the enterprise architecture.

    Advice to Management

Need to have periodic reviews by outsiders to evaluate how the organization is structured and functionality is divided to provide recommendations on business process restructuring.
