    Pros

    Easy job to do.

    Cons

    Boring. Pay is too low. Company makes a big deal about donating money to charity but they don't even offer benefits to entry level employees.

    Advice to Management

    Don't make your employees raise their hands and ask permission to use the restroom. They're not children.

    Pros

    friendly co workers
    all the agents are typically friendly and easy to get work with. Management is very appreciative of the work that is accomplished.

    Cons

    All the people on the phones are extremely over worked and paid little to none of the bonus that was promised.
    Agents are expected to keep a strict process of taking X number of calls and being tentative at a cubical for more than 90% of the time they are clocked in.

    Advice to Management

    Pay a higher starting wage and maybe the turnover rate will decrease.

    I worked at Incept full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Co workers are friendly, they do a yearly raise, Offer paid vacation and schedule is flexible.

    Cons

    Your not going to make any significant amount of bonus. Compared to other call centers compensation is extremely low. Always struggling to hit their clients goals. This is partially because of a high employee turnover but mostly because bonus structure is usually unattainable but when bonus is hit the max people make is around 1--200$ a month so most people don't work hard for bonus they just collect the 9$ an hour. No room for advancement because they can't get new clientele and lose existing clients because of missing the clients goals. More likely to hire an outside person than promote an existing employee. They claim to donate 30% of profits to charity but its really for the tax breaks.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your employees a real bonus and incentivize real hard work. You will always have high turnover when people can get paid more to do the same thing elsewhere. You will never gain new business when you can't get your employees to hit your clients existing goals. And when you have a CQ process that makes it easy for you to control a high bonus payment.

    Poor leadership, lack of knowledge it IT department, low pay

    Pros

    This company is amazing!! Your not treated like just an employee but like friends and family too. I've never worked for a more amazing company before. This is one big happy disfunctional family! I love it here and hope to retire from here some day!

    Cons

    Sometimes it can be a little difficult to go between programs. But, everyone is more than happy to help you learn better ways to transition to the programs. I feel like the company goes above and beyond to help its employees.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work. We continue to grow and learn together just as we've done in the past.

    An entire company that truly cares - even know you by name!

    Cons

    Percentage is out of your control. No matter how hard you work & and follow training, percentage ultimately depends on the donors.

    Advice to Management

    Rethink goals, especially in cell jobs, or jobs that have more potential to get voice mail as opposed to a human being.

    I worked at Incept full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Incept is a wonderful place to work. The people are great, the pay is also pretty good, the management is great, and the company genuinely cares about its employees.

    Cons

    Stamps.com isn't the best client - their policies make retention agents do less customer service and more policy explanation.

    Advice to Management

    Drop Stamps.com as a client as soon as possible. Employee turnover and time spent in training will go way down.

    Pros

    If you like "Overtime" this is your company. Some promotions were based on the amount of overtime employees worked.

    Cons

    Telemarketing is the con itself. This is a tough industry to be in.

    Advice to Management

    Drug test management on an ongoing basis.
