Pros

Calm and understanding work culture. Target oriented work. Very comfortable working hours. Good leave compensation. Great travel conveyance when out on company work.

Cons

There are some minor tweaks here and there but those are found everywhere like sitting late sometimes due to work pressure but definitely understandable from the company perspective.
