Disappointed in leadership

Pros

Supportive team members and coworkers

Cons

Leadership will listen to your issues, but no follow through. Even when numerous complaints given and statistics show change is needed they will resist. Causing a high turnover rate. They are focused on certifications and not productivity. Highly sales driven. Lack of hiring on service team, leaving team members overworked and underpaid. Benefits are your basic traditional benefits and not that good. No interest in excepting the new culture to reward and appreciate staff you have.

Pros

- The work was fun - Some of the people were very encouraging and nice

Cons

- No PTO payout. First company I ever worked for that does not allow you any pay out for PTO. You sign the handbook which states that it is their discretion if you get a pay out, and out of my many contacts who are former employees, no one has ever received a pay out - HR does not take you seriously and is controlled by upper management. Two complaints were submitted and upper management had it swept under the rug. I was told after leaving that they investigated my complaint and said the team reported no issues... Which is a lie, as it was confirmed that others definitely reported many issues. - If you see good reviews all on the same day or close to the same day, those were definitely task given to employees to uptalk the company to try to make the external presence look better. - You will work many hours and you will have to adjust client deadlines a lot. - Management sides with management. A manager was introduced that has led to 3 people leaving to date. This was brought to upper-management's attention and they did everything they could to protect them. - You will be harassed after you leave. Be careful who you have on your LinkedIn. - Management is toxic. Age discrimination, the "my way or the high way" kind of mentality. You are a resource. Not a person. - Expect harassment upon resigning.
