      Pros

      Friendly, flattish hierarchy, social, collaborative, expanding, flexible and more. You can be a part of the growth and development of the company.

      Cons

      Not a huge range of perks / benefits. As it is a smaller company things like a dedicated HR team amongst other things won't be as readily available
