We truly appreciate you outlining both the positive and challenging aspects of your time with us. It is great to hear that you found Influx to be a chill workplace and that it provided you with a unique and different job experience. Creating an adaptable and approachable work culture is important to us. However, we are very sorry to hear that the last-minute location changes and the lack of paid parking caused frustration and difficulty for you. We completely understand that predictability in your workspace and managing commuting expenses are critical to your day-to-day comfort and peace of mind. Please be assured that this is not the seamless experience we aim to create for our team members, and we take your feedback seriously. We are committed to continually improving our team's operational logistics, and your input is incredibly valuable in helping us identify exactly where we need to focus our efforts to better support our staff. Good company if you are starting out as a CSA and need to gain hands on experience

Cons

In some cases, projects may end shortly after onboarding, leading to unexpected contract termination and potential employment gaps, especially for candidates who transitioned from previous roles.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your candid feedback with us. We truly appreciate you sharing your perspective as a former Customer Service Agent at Influx. It is great to hear that you found Influx to be a good place to gain hands-on experience and build a foundation as a CSA. Providing those initial stepping stones into the support industry is incredibly important to us. However, we are very sorry to hear that your transition was disrupted by a project ending shortly after your onboarding. We completely understand how stressful unexpected contract terminations and employment gaps can be, especially when you have transitioned away from a previous role to join us. Our agents are the absolute heart of Influx, and we always want to ensure you feel supported and secure. Your advice regarding project transitions is incredibly constructive. We are actively working on tightening our internal pipelines to better transition talented team members into new and upcoming projects when a client contract concludes. Your feedback is vital as we continually review our procedures to ensure we are doing right by our team. Thank you again for your honest insights and for the dedication you brought to our project during your time here. We wish you the absolute best in your future career.

Pros

The teammates are the best Beginners friendly if you just started working remotely full time Depends on your client, but workload in general manageable Supportive team leaders

Cons

Management can be out of touch, often dismissing agents concerns Minimum salary, even below market. Salary bump and overtime feels like a joke The way they determine employee of the month can be unfair because it really depends on the clients you're working with. If you're assigned to a big client, there's a lot of rooms to grow and show off your skills. But if you're assigned to a small client, plus become a solo agent, there will be no recognition. They only value and recognize you if you're working with the big clients

Hi there, Thank you for your valuable feedback about Influx on Glassdoor! We especially appreciate your perspective as a former team member who was with Influx for over 5 years. Your long-term commitment and dedication to the company over such a significant period mean a great deal to us. It’s fantastic to hear that you found your teammates to be the best and that our environment served as a supportive jumping-off point for remote work. Fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment is central to our mission, and it’s rewarding to know that our team leaders provided the support you needed during your tenure as a Customer Support Agent. We also hear your concerns regarding management responsiveness, salary competitiveness, and the fairness of our recognition programs like Employee of the Month. We understand that compensation and feeling seen for your hard work, regardless of the size of the client, are vital factors in employee satisfaction. Please be assured that we are continually reviewing our salary structures and internal recognition processes to ensure they are equitable for all agents. Your feedback is vital to us as we strive to improve the experience for everyone on the team. Thank you again for your years of dedication to Influx and for helping us understand where we can do better. We wish you nothing but the best in your next chapter.
