      Pros

      only positive was that there were decent company outings (ie christmas party)

      Cons

      Horrible management, specifically sets up things to tank performance reviews right as they are due, management films employees working with their personal phones and threatens to use it against them

Our current focus is government IT services with structured delivery environments.” The MSP business was transitioned to separate ownership and operates independently. There is no shared management, delivery, or operations.

      Decent salary but that's about it

      Cons

      This company will work you to death, see the other reviews that say the same. It will start good but you will slowly have more put on your plate until you are putting in 50-60 a week easy for the same salary. You WILL be called in the evenings and weekends and you MUST stop whatever you are doing or you will be considered a "bad" employee. There is no work life balance here.
