Pros

I have my previous industry experience with MNCs, sharing some insights based on my experience with Infocusp: - Better opportunities for growth at Infocusp. - You learn more and spend less time on needless processes unlike MNCs. - If you like hands-on coding and want satisfaction of having actually implemented something, Infocusp is the place for you. - Better work related scopes and clients, wider-range of projects and quality of work at Infocusp. - Infocusp pays as good as other MNCs and still maintains that personal connect with all employees. - The domain expertise that each person on the team brings makes your journey a greating learning experience at Infocusp.

Cons

Haven't come across any in my ~4 years tenure at Infocusp.

1: Fantastic work life balance 2: Flexible office timings. 3: No constraints for minimum working hours for a given day 4: Have good projects that may provide a good career start for a fresher 5: Lengthy advanced notice period (more than 60 days) in case an employee is fired or terminated from the work place. 6: Good compensation. 7: Organization as a start up is keen to start working on parallel and distributed computing, computer vision, robotics and some machine learning. 8: Very intelligent, knowledgeable supervisor to work with.

Cons

Everything is good in the company except its culture. 1: Culture and Values: a) Frequent agitation(s) in workflows. b) Excessive trolling culture that makes workplace less professional. c) Not open to cultural diversity: Cultural jokes by colleague are discussed/spoken in ambiguous manner at workplace, gatherings etc. 2: No HR in the company: There is no human resource department in the company.
