    I have been working at Infopulse (More than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible schedule, good and clever management, great team, good working conditions, good salary, clear evaluation program two times per year, a lot of company's events.

    Cons

    A lot of bureaucracy, bad quality of third teams work (depends on a project, but it could be).

    Great people. Management really cares about their employees. Remote work if you need.

    Cons

    Sometimes it is possible a layoff of engineers when projects are closed.

    Pros

    If you like telecom or you are SharePoint specialist, Infopulse may be the best place for you (in Ukraine).

    Cons

    Ugly office, bad managements of a department. Demanding overtime work.

    Advice to Management

    Do not count developers will work overtime all time. Some day they will decide leave you.

    Pros

    People are mostly keen and bright. Family-like atmosphere. Possibility of business trips. Company pays for education, conferences etc.

    Cons

    Depending on the project technology stack can be quite old. Also compensations and bonuses hugely depend on the project

    - good team
    - friendly environment
    - family-style management
    - flexible work schedule, ability to work from home
    - care about employees: healthcare insurance, sport compensation etc.

    Cons

    - in some cases you will work with same technologies for years (customer's requirement)
    - outsourcing business model: project finished - team dismissed
