If you are acting like a normal employee (do your work), you will like this place. Currently we are under the new management and we have a new leader in the US :) •Very nice office and the staffs are very friendly as well. •Free coffee and tea. •Salary is not bad •Good working hours •Nice benefit package

I can only speak for the Enterprise Solutions and Salesforce SBUs. They have a great work environment, with colleagues that are always up to help you handle your daily challenges. The middle management is helpful and appreciative of their employees, and the pay is above the average rate for starting positions. They try their best to foster personal and professional growth in their employees, financing any certifications or classes related to the projects an employee is in (including language lessons). I feel that my personal time is respected, and that the company is trying its best to increase the work-life balance of their employees. All in all, my experience so far has been great, and I'll stay in this company for the foreseeable future.

Cons

Some areas of the company are relatively new, like its Salesforce SBU. They are still trying to figure out how to properly handle those areas, so middle management can make some mistakes here and there (but those were, so far, handled very gracefully). Some parts of the ES and SF SBUs are, at the moment, slightly understaffed, so some projects may take longer than what was originally planned. New people are being hired, though, so this will change in a few months.
