      1. Good career growth platform. 2. Motivated team and management 3. Understanding people 4. Easily approachable for any thing 5. Management appreciate your work which makes happy.

      Cons

      1. Work location is away from City which consumes more time in traveling. 2. No sport activities 3. Pay scale is per normal standard i would says its fine. 4. Less team activities 5. Some time work pressure which is fine.

      Integra is very Good starting company to work. Management is very co-operative and friendly. The company provides required training's for the employees to improve skills. Company has the competitive Clients projects to work. Good Team work
