Great work environment. Very team oriented with a great group of technicians all willing to help and work together. CEO is very invested in employees and is willing to go above and beyond to help out even with non-business related issues. In this company you will learn and get your hands on a lot of different technology.
Cons
Benefits are not as robust as previous employers, but the relaxed atmosphere and camaraderie between all employees and management makes up for some of this. Initial pay is on the lower end, but this is made up for over time with substantial raises and overtime opportunities. Although you will get your hands on a lot of different issues and play with diverse technology, this also means need to be flexible in what technologies you can handle and adapt quickly to.
