Pros

I started in 2014 and thought I had it made working for such a great company. I watched good people get laid off instead of the employees who were bad for the company. But, if you want to be part of the mean girl club you'll love it. Managers do nothing to stop this type of behavior.

Cons

The employees are asked to write good reviews to balance out the ones that are 100% truthful. And, the only reason former employees come back is the pay is inflated for the industry. Who leaves on their own and comes back for the 4th time? I've totally lost respect for the whole leadership team. They let the hard working employees go and let the ones who are rude to customer stay and bad for business.

Overworked the good and reliable workers; underworked the ones whom thought they knew everything; Work was based on how well you knew or liked your manager - they more they liked you the less work you got; Poor management and leadership skills; Thought and Knowledge leaders have left for other companies; The good leave, the bad can't get a job there, and the ones whom think they know what they are doing are still there since they can't get anything else;
