Pros
Impressive product that is relatively easy to explain and sell to prospects and customers. Great coworkers that know their stuff and are kind to newcomers.
Cons
Upper management is clueless and exceptionally shortsighted. No ability to express dissenting opinions or ideas without getting chewed out. You will always be pressured by management and feel that your job is at risk no matter how hard you work or how well the company is doing. There is a higher level of turnover than at any other company I've worked at before. Bonus compensation criteria is completely opaque and seems to depend entirely on how management is feeling in the moment. You WILL be expected to work weekends and holidays with no extra compensation.
