    Pros

Great Team and growth, great benefits and perks! Friendly start up atmosphere with a put together vibe. Great place to work

    Cons

Management needs restructuring and more development. Too many managers who do not know how to manage a team of people. Not enough team members, only manage titles.

    Advice to Management

Put in a review process to get managers managing their teams to help grow people and the business. More team building activities would be useful

    Pros

Great Salaries, Great Benefits. Small enough so that you're exposed to many facets of the business.

    Cons

Those with ability to get things accomplished become over-burdened with projects. But that's the same everywhere.

    Advice to Management

Good luck in your next positions. It's been great working with you.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at InterMune full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

In general, the people and benefits are very good. The product is approved for Europe, but not US...yet, and meets specific needs of those with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). Currently, there is no other approved product or treatment to help these people.

    Cons

Information sharing and communications could be better with the departments that are affected. Too often, it seemed like there was scrambling to meet deadlines that did not take into account all the necessary work involved.
Some of the perks that helped maintain employee morale have been cut back or eliminated.
