Pros

Pay is decent compared to other companies. There are some really good people that work there.

Cons

Every single aspect of the business is controlled by one person, it is impossible to make an decision or grow if you aren't allowed to try something. Favoritism is heavy here. Lots of mundane boring work that leads to nothing, no change, no discussion. you just do the work to do it. Your concerns aren't really treated with any urgency, there is no middle management so the only people to express discontent to are at the top and they are busy as is.

Beautiful products. Worked with great people.

Cons

This is a toxic and unhealthy work environment. I can’t count the amount of times I was personally gaslighted, and I was not alone. The high turnover rate makes day-to-day operational functions severely challenging. Most days are pure chaos. I used to have respect for this company but quickly realized it was no longer the place for me. Do not waste your time.

Hostile environment. Management has no sense of directions on guidance. No work life balance and expect to work 7 day a week.
