      Free drinks and hybrid environments

      No real experience even that everyone trying to really help you but lack of real good projects prevents anyone from getting the experience they need Salary i think they have the worst salary in terms of technical consultation and call center market HR and IT teams are not helpful at all there main purpose is to make your life worst (they are very good at it) A big family business with promotion and annual raises only for the family members
