    I have been working at Intergen full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The work can be very interesting and be rather high profile, new technologies and opportunities to work with the latest technologies.

    Cons

    Some of the work can also be rather mundane, which comes with the territory and is not really a con. In the past, last minute projects with insane timelines were regular occurrence but this seems to have tapered off with leadership changes in the past 2 years.

    Cons

    * Communication with employees is lacking, morale isn't great.
    * Employee retention isn't high.

    Advice to Management

    * Look closer into how things are managed in the Redmond branch.
    * Listen to what employees have to say on a safe ground.

    Pros

    * Great relationship with Microsoft
    * Excel at what they do best - MS CRM & ERP
    * Supportive and friendly personnel
    * Concerned about making their customers successful

    Cons

    While they Excel at what they do best, if you are outside their niche area of expertise, this may not be the company for you.

    One of the best at what they do but not a full-service consulting organization.

    I have been working at Intergen full-time

    Pros

    Wonderful people.
    Able to get support with technical challenges.
    Opportunities for personal growth.

    Cons

    Redundancies every 8-12 months.
    Needs to follow through on new initiatives and strategy.

    Advice to Management

    Share more information on how the business is tracking. Be open and honest and ask for help to steady the ship rather than launch into the yearly round of redundancies.
    Local office culture is important. Continue to allow the individual offices to grow this.
