    Pros

    Awesome culture and amazing people!

    Cons

Only negative I can think of is the shared bathroom but I know they have expanded since!

Hey, thanks for the feedback! Hard to know which office you're talking about, in regards the shared bathroom comment.

I have been working at Intergen full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The work can be very interesting and be rather high profile, new technologies and opportunities to work with the latest technologies.

    Cons

Some of the work can also be rather mundane, which comes with the territory and is not really a con. In the past, last minute projects with insane timelines were regular occurrence but this seems to have tapered off with leadership changes in the past 2 years.

    I worked at Intergen full-time

    Pros

    * Great relationship with Microsoft * Excel at what they do best - MS CRM & ERP * Supportive and friendly personnel * Concerned about making their customers successful

    Cons

While they Excel at what they do best, if you are outside their niche area of expertise, this may not be the company for you. One of the best at what they do but not a full-service consulting organization.

I have been working at Intergen full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The people, full of passion and they really earn their expert status. The relationship with Microsoft, it's close, closer than they can disclose. The room for growth, great leadership and professional development opportunities. The access to cool projects, you can work on the most exciting projects in the world.

    Cons

Don't pay at the top of the market. Maybe too much of a focus on Microsoft Don't have a bonus system for regular employees. Owned by an Australian company. :) just kidding
